Project Description
Lakelands Swim School is a newly constructed facility that opened in early 2018. It is the third WestSwim school for Perth – with locations in Churchlands and Chisolm. Our scope of works included installation of suspended ceilings. bulkheads, stud walls, door frames, doors and door hardware along with feature cladding to the exterior.
Ceilings
- Supply and install 13mm flush plasterboard on concealed suspension system
- Supply and install 13mm flush plasterboard bulkheads including framing
- Supply and install 9mm flush Villaboard on concealed suspension system
- Supply and install 9mm flush Villaboard on 28mm furring channels to eave soffit
- Supply and install 9mm flush Villaboard bulkheads including framing
- Supply and install 150mm steel stud bulkhead with 1 x 9mm flush Villaboard to one side and soffit to conceal suspended pool cover
- Supply and install 600×600 flush access panels
Walls
- Supply and install 150mm steel stud wall with 1 x 9mm flush Villaboard to one side and Enviroseal sarking
- Supply and install 150mm steel stud wall with 1 x 9mm flush villaboard to each side, 100mm Anticon insulation and Enviroseal sarking
- Supply and install 150mm Steel Stud Wall with 1 x 9mm flush Villaboard to each side and Enviroseal sarking
- Supply and install 92mm steel stud wall with 1 x13mm flush plasterboard each side
- Supply and install 9mm flush Villaboard on 35mm top hats & 35mm PGI fixed to steel trusses
- Supply and install plywood noggings for fixtures in walls
External Cladding
- Supply and install 9mm Cemintel Barestone cladding with 10mm express joints on 35mm top hats fixed to existing structural steel and girts
- Supply and install Austim Vulcan Hector cladding on 35mm top hats and sarking fixed to existing structural steel and girts
- Supply and install Austim Elements Vulcan Timber Fins cladding 125 x 18 to both sides of UC columns fixed direct to steel
- Allowance for 4mm aluminium composite cladding with 10mm express joints on 35mm top hats and sarking
Door Frames, Doors & Door Hardware
- Install split metal door frames
- Install cavity sliding door frames
- Install hinged solid doors
- Install cavity sliding doors
- Install door hardware
