Project Description
McDonalds Warnbro was a refurbishment to an existing McDonalds store completed in early 2018. Our works included suspended ceilings, bulkheads, internal stud walls and external cladding.
Other new McDonalds stores and refurbishments completed by Hybrid Linings include Ascot, Ballajura, Banksia Grove, Brighton, Butler, Canning Vale, Dalyellup, Eaton, Girrawheen, Gosnells, Harrisdale, Kalgoorlie, Mirrabooka, Northbridge, North Perth, Rockingham, Thompsons Lake, and Vasse.
Ceilings
- Supply 13mm flush plasterboard ceiling on concealed suspension system
- Supply and install 6mm Versilux with 10mm express joints and framing to entry and awning/eaves play land front entry
- Supply and install 13 mm flush plasterboard bulkheads and framing
- Supply and install plasterboard to Playland ceiling
- Supply and install 600 x 600 flush access panels
Walls
- Supply and install 9mm flush Villaboard fixed to stud one side
- Supply and install 9mm flush Villaboard fixed to stud both sides
- Supply and install prime line weather board to corral both sides
- Supply and install R2.0 insulation to external stud walls
- Supply and install 9mm Villaboard linings including substrate to internal décor & tiling to dining area and to underside of feature brick work
External Cladding
- Supply and install 9mm CFC Exotec with 10mm express joints on 35mm top hat and sarking to stud frame and to clad over existing blade wall
- Supply and install 9mm flush Villaboard externally to stud frame as substrate to external brick tiling
- Supply and install James Hardie Prime Line Weatherboard cladding to corral gates

- Supply and install 92mm .75mm gauge rondo steel stud to all new walls
