One Brighton Apartments – Mandurah

The recladding project at One Brighton consisted of removing existing non-compliant cladding and replacing it with Ultracore G2 Non-Combustible Aluminium cladding system. The new system is now AS 1530.1 and AS 1530.3 compliant and it also included non-combustible sarking, structural framing remediation, weatherproof and watertight barriers. The project was completed by using the offsite fabrication process of a CNC router and CAD software to produce the panels which were transported to site for installation. This process allowed us to complete the project within the very tight timeframe and working conditions.
