Project Description
Puma Balcatta is a brand new fuel station opened in early 2018 in the Balcatta industrial area. Works completed included suspended ceilings, feature ceiling, internal and external walls as well as external cladding.
Other new Puma stores and refurbishments completed by Hybrid Linings include Byford, Forrestdale, Hamilton Hill, Malaga, Midvale and Yanchep.
Ceilings
- Supply and install 13mm flush plasterboard on concealed suspension system with shadowline wall angle
- Supply and install moisture resistant plasterboard to wet areas on concealed suspension system with shadowline wall angle
- Supply and install 600 x 600 grid and vinyl faced tiles
- Supply and install 13mm flush plasterboard bulkheads including framing
- Supply and install feature ceiling slats and support system including powder coated metal frame
- Supply and install 600 x 600 access panels
- Supply and install R3.0 insulation to new ceiling area
Walls
- Supply and install internal walls – 92mm steel stud with 1 x 10mm flush plasterboard each side with R2.5 insulation
- Supply and install lining to coolrooms – 1 x 10mm flush plasterboard fixed to coolroom panels
- Supply and install external walls – 64mm steel stud with 1 x flush 10mm plasterboard and R1.5 insulation
- Supply and install 200mm high wall above shop front glazing to underside of ceiling
Miscellaneous
- Install internal metal split door frames
- Install window and door reveals
External Cladding
- Supply and install 9mm CFC with 10mm express joints on 35mm top hat and sarking to bin store awning fascia
