Hybrid Linings was engaged on a design and construct basis to remove and replace the existing non-compliant composite cladding system with beautiful new non-combustible BLUECHIP GROUP Ultrawood aluminium cladding at Sundance Apartments in Scarborough. Not only is the building now fully compliant to the National Construction Code it has had a stunning facelift that will stand the test of time and last in the harsh elements of the WA Coastline.
